The Training and Consultation Center at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences organized a major training course entitled (Strategic Planning) and Change Management.
The Center hosted the strategic planning expert, Dr. Abbas Munir, a well-known trainer. The participants presented a number of questions and suggestions that were clear and transparent and influenced the spirit of dialogue and discussion among the trainees and the lecturer.
One of these questions is the talk of Mr. Ahmed Abdel-Razek from the self-evaluation unit about neglecting the plans and strategies of scientific research, but putting them at the bottom of all the strategic plans of the state.
There are a number of similar questions from the trainees gentlemen and the professor opened her heart and mind and answered by logic and supported by living models of a number of countries that were able through strategic planning and change management to reach what they want by the efforts of scientists and research students in universities and research centers specialized in the development of scientific research and measurement Impact
