To set upthe system ofquality & academic & institutional development in the College.
To set upthe technical evidence concerning the quality & development system of the College.
To set up the administrative evidence on the Unit’s work.
To set up a curriculum & manual for the training courses to spread the culture of quality insurance in the establishments of higher education with such courses targeting the faculty, assistant board, administrators & the College students.
Setting up periodical reports on the progress of work in the unit.
To set up contracts & agreements with the entities dealing with the Unit.
To endorse the administrative, financial & technical by-lawsof the Unit.
To carry outa periodical self-evaluation of the Unit’s performance.
