- Establishing & designing patterns to evaluate the performance of the College Dean, his/her deputies& the chairpersons of scientific & administrative departments as well as all the faculty members, their assistants & all the workers in the College.
- Setting up a system & mechanism to distribute &analyze forms of evaluating the educational & administrative processes of the College.
- Setting up a system to analyze patterns of performance evaluation.
